Need help with Tax Shield Pro? You have two paths depending on who you are.

If you’re a client

Contact your Tax Shield Proadministrator — the tax advisor who invited you to the portal. They own the relationship and have full visibility into your plan, documents, and engagement letter. Their email is on the engagement letter and on every report they’ve sent you.

If you’re a firm or advisor

Email us at support@ghlplatforms.com. Include your firm name, the URL of the page you’re on, and a short description of what’s wrong (or what you’re trying to do). We respond within 2 business days, usually same-day during business hours.

Knowledge base

Every field in the intake, every strategy on the Strategies tab, and every report under Templates has an inline hint badge — hover or click it for a plain-English explanation, including which form/box on the tax return the number comes from. The Help icon in the sidebar surfaces the full hint catalog (searchable, 80+ entries).

Status & incidents

If something on Tax Shield Proappears broken — extraction not running, reports not generating, or login looping — include the timestamp in your support email so we can correlate with our logs. If you’re seeing a 4xx or 5xx in browser DevTools, paste the response text too.
